Training Methodology

The instruction of the Workshops will typically consist of content lecture, assessments, engaging class discussions, and exercises to make the learning come alive. The Workshops will be delegate-centred and need-driven, therefore the actual extent and time allocated to each one will be determined by the delegates requirements, traditionally though they will be: Half, Full or Two Days.

Mental Health in Business


Awareness around Mental Health is on the rise, however this does not remove the stigma and fears which are still associated with the various affects caused by ill Mental health.
